There are many health benefits of apple cider vinegar. Apart from several home remedies, you can also use apple cider vinegar to get rid of arthritis related symptoms like pain and stiffness. ACV or apple cider vinegar is loaded with several health friendly minerals like magnesium, phosphorous, calcium, sodium, potassium and other trace minerals. Here are some tips on how to use apple cider vinegar for arthritis.

How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Arthritis

Apply a mixture of apple cider vinegar and coconut oil on the inflamed joint. Gently massage the area to ease the pain or discomfort.

In order to speed up the process- Make a mixture by combining 1 to 2 teaspoon of cider one glass of water and add one to two teaspoon of honey. Drink this mixture twice daily before your meal.
