How to Use Apple Cider Vinegar for Arthritis
Apply a mixture of apple cider vinegar and coconut oil on the inflamed joint. Gently massage the area to ease the pain or discomfort.
In order to speed up the process- Make a mixture by combining 1 to 2 teaspoon of cider one glass of water and add one to two teaspoon of honey. Drink this mixture twice daily before your meal.
