Alternative treatment for prostate disorders
Prostrate problems are more commonly found in men over 50. prostate and bladder disorders are responsible for causing various health related problems such as arthritis, kidney disorders and uremia.
Types of prostate problems:
There are various types of prostate disorders and one of the most common one is prostatitis or prostate gland inflammation and hypertrophy or enlargement of the prostate gland. Prostatitis is very painful form of prostate disorder.
Enlargement of the prostate gland or hypertrophy is the most common complaint affecting the gland. This occurs mostly in men of middle or advanced age.

- Constipation.
Alternative treatment for prostate disorders
- In order to start alternative treatment for prostate. Avoid all solid food and start a water fasting for 2 to 3 days. You can add lemon juice to the water if you want.
The water may be taken cold or hot and it should be taken every hour or so when awake. Water fasting helps increase the flow of urine.
- An enema may be taken once a day during fasting to clear the lower bowel of accumulations.
- During your fasting period you are advised to take an alternate hot and cold hip baths. These are of great value in relieving pain and reducing congestion.
- After the completion of water fasting, try to adopt an all-fruit diet for 3 days. Make a all fruit diet menu by including fruits such as apples, pears, oranges, grape-fruit, grapes, sweet limes, mangoes, melons and all other juicy fruits.
- All fruit diet given above should be followed by a diet The exclusive fruit diet, consisting of two meals of fruits and one of cooked vegetables for further seven days. Try to take vegetables in the evening, for better effect try to eat steam cooked vegetables.
- After completing your diet menu given above now gradually embark to a well-balanced diet of 3 basic food groups:
seeds, nuts and grain
vegetables
fruits.
- Try to repeat the process of fasting once at every 2 to 3 months for your good.
