Required protein

Men = 80 to 90

Women = 60 grams

Adolescent boys and girls = 80 to 100 grams

The protein should be supplied in the form of foods such as milk, buttermilk, yogurt, soyabean, eggs, cheese, meat and fish.

- Deficiency of vitamin A, B vitamins, iron, copper and iodine may cause hair disorders like falling of hair and premature graying of the hair.

- Lack of inositol is also responsible for hair loss , try to eat inositol rich foods such as yeast, liver and molasses.

- According to the research proper amounts of inositol helps stimulate the

growth of a woman’s hair, its lack is probably not a major cause of slow growth .
