Alternative treatment for fatigue

Alternative treatment for fatigue

Fatigue or tiredness or weariness, can be of 2 types i.e. temporary and chronic fatigue.

Temporary fatigue: It is a temporary condition, often due to lack of sleep and adequate rest. It is treated by adequate rest.

Chronic or continuous fatigue: It is a serious health problem which requires a comprehensive plan of treatment.

Fatigue is an indication that the cells of the body are not getting sufficient live atoms in the food to furnish them with a constant flow of needed energy.

Causes of fatigue:

- Lack of energy.

- Improper eating habits.

- Unhealthy foods such as refined and process foods.

- Mental depression.

- Deficiency of certain vitamins and minerals.

- Intestinal parasites.

- Low blood sugar.

- Low blood pressure.

- Infections.

- Liver damage.

- Food allergies.

Alternative treatment for fatigue:

- Alternative treatment for fatigue starts by making a perfect diet plan and some important nutritional measures.

- Try to eat frequently, means small meals several times a day rather than eating 2 big meals twice a day. Do not skin your mid-meals and make it sure that these mid-meals should consist of fresh or dried fruits, fresh fruit or vegetable juices, raw vegetables or small sandwich of whole grain bread.

- Try to eat healthy diet full of seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables, and fruits. Roughly, each food group should supply the bulk of one of the three meals.

- Sprouts are full loaded with vitamins, minerals and other healthy elements and also sprouting is an excellent way to eat seeds, beans and grains in raw form.

- In order to make your result more fruitful, add some protective foods such as milk, high quality cold-pressed unrefined vegetable oil and honey in to your diet menu.

- Use natural vitamin and mineral supplements as an effective assurance against nutritional deficiencies, as such deficiencies have been found to be a factor in fatigue.

- Lack of pantothenic acid, B vitamin in particular, often results in extreme fatigue as deficiency of this vitamin is associated with exhaustion of the adrenal glands.

- In order to get vitamin B in sufficient amount, try to eat vitamin B rich foods such as green leafy vegetables, wheat, rice polishing, milk, nuts, banana, yeast, pulses and peas.

- Potassium, calcium and zinc are also important for fatigue treatment.

- Another effective alternative treatment for fatigue is the combination of carrot juice (300ml.) + beets juice (100 ml.) + cucumbers juice (100 ml).

- Avoid drinking coffee or alcohol, smoking, eating some sugar or sweets. They give only a temporary boost and this is soon followed by a downward plunge of energy, leaving a person worse than before.

- EAT HEALTHY – LIVE HEALTHY
